As a psychologist offering services in Quebec, I comply with Law 25 on the protection of personal information, as well as the policies of the Code of Ethics of the Psychologists of Quebec, and I am in charge of their governance.

Personal information will be collected only with your consent, if services are given under the conditions defined a consent form that will be made accessible. Information will be collected solely for billing and clinical purpose.

Data are stored for five years on a secure platform, enabling protected health information and professional compliance.

As an autonomous worker with a solo practice, I am the only person having access to any information collected unless consented otherwise with the client.

The client has the right to access and correct his personal information.
